What we collect
When you enquire or book a site visit, we collect your name, email, phone number, address and the details of your project, including any drawings or photos you send. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use it
To visit, quote for and carry out your project, to apply for planning and building regulations approval on your behalf, and to honour the guarantee afterwards.
Who we share it with
Only with the people your project needs: the local authority, building control, our structural engineer and designer, party wall surveyors and our certified subcontractors.
How long we keep it
Project records are kept for twelve years after completion, to cover the guarantee and building records. Enquiries that do not become a job are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection regulator.
